Cancellation Policy
At Sam Kroepsch Photography, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service and are committed to providing every client with the best experience possible. To achieve this, we carefully manage our bookings and do not overbook. Last-minute cancellations result in lost time, venue costs, and the inability to accommodate other clients.
To ensure we maintain our high standards, the following cancellation terms apply:
Cancellations & Fees
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours written notice before the scheduled booking to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 20% of the total booking fee, which will be automatically charged.
Cancellations must be made during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so cancellations outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
Exemptions
Extreme weather events that impact the ability to safely conduct the session are exempt from this policy. If weather conditions require rescheduling, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, you must provide written notice via email within business hours.
Cancellations made outside of business hours will be considered received on the next business day.
