01 / Core Service

Wine bottle photography

Reflective-product specialist lighting. Each bottle is captured in separate lighting passes for glass, label and cap, then composited for uncompromised clarity.

Clean studio finish, pack-shot format

A one-time studio setup and lighting calibration fee of $90 applies to first-time clients. This covers colour profiling, reference build and studio prep specific to your range.

What's included

Files are delivered via Dropbox, with formats prepared for both web and print use.

Delivery

  • Delivered via Dropbox transfer
  • Please download and save your files within 30 days of the finished job. Files may not remain available after this period.
05 / Usage & Licensing

Image licensing

All imagery is delivered under a non-exclusive, perpetual licence for the client's advertising and marketing use across digital and print channels.

Standard single-bottle

Full commercial use

Non-exclusive, perpetual licence for advertising, marketing and communications across web, social and print channels.

Delivered in JPEG (high & low resolution) and PNG. No restriction on further reproduction.

Styled & hero imagery

Advertising & marketing licence

Non-exclusive, perpetual licence for the client's own advertising and marketing use.

Resale, sub-licensing and third-party reproduction of SKP-supplied works is not permitted without prior written agreement.

06 / The Process

How it works

From first enquiry to final delivery, a straightforward path with room for creative direction where it matters.

Brief

A quote can be arranged upon request. Otherwise, contact us with your booking request via the contact button below.

ii.

Delivery to studio

Drop off or courier your products directly to 16 Old Sturt Hwy, Nuriootpa. Bottles can be left at reception, unless a personal handover has been arranged. Local collection can be arranged on request.

iii.

Studio

Products are cleaned, positioned and captured across separate lighting passes for glass, label and closure.

iv.

Delivery

Retouched files delivered via Dropbox in all specified formats, ready for immediate use.

07 / Turnaround

    +25% of total, subject to availability
08 / Preparation

Product preparation

To ensure the highest quality result, please supply products in showroom condition.

Please provide

  • Clean, dust-free surfaces
  • Straight, undamaged labels
  • Caps & closures in good condition
  • Seams positioned to the sides where possible

Studio handling

  • All products cleaned prior to capture
  • Rear labels may be removed on clear glass (whites & rosés) to prevent internal shadowing
  • Retouching for damaged labels or closures quoted separately, always advised prior
09 / Terms

Booking & terms

Straightforward terms to protect both sides.

Payment
Invoiced via Xero on completion. Payable within 7 days of invoice. No deposit required.
Revisions
One round of minor revisions is included with every shoot. Additional or major revisions are quoted separately.
Product drop-off
Drop off or courier direct to 16 Old Sturt Hwy, Nuriootpa is preferred. Bottles can be left at reception, unless a personal handover has been arranged. Local collection can be arranged for clients close to the studio, though pickups are consolidated so lead times may extend.
Product collection
Products to be collected within 14 days of final delivery. Items not collected within this period may be responsibly consumed or donated.
On-site shoots
Commercial and lifestyle shoots on location, cellar door, vineyard or venue, available upon request.
